That's right, I've got two, well three if you count Parker (my nephew). I watch him in the summer while his mom works and the three of them are time consuming. Seriously.
I've got to feed them, entertain them, blah blah blah.
Sheesh, the work kids entail is exhausting.
I've tried to be creative and one of those mom's that magazines highlight. You know the kind, art projects, field trips, hikes, etc. I'm trying to come to terms with the fact that I'm not one of them.
I have done a few things. Taken them to a few parks, a trip to Omaha, finally let some kids come to our house for a change. It's about all I can do too because much more than that and nothing would get done around here!
They are hilarious and fun though, don't get me wrong, LOVE them. They are definitely ours!

Omaha's zoo is awesome; however I swear it was 100 degrees that day and everyone who knows me knows that I don't like being hot, it's even my new cell phone signature and blog quote so that just proves it.
As summer (hopefully) starts winding down, I think I've been fairly good at keeping the guys happy this year. They are growing up so fast and I want to enjoy it as long as possible!

Thanks for the pictures! Boy, how those boys are growing. Looks like a good time was had by all. Makes me lonesome all over again for all of you.

The boys are getting so big and handsome! Looks like you have a pretty fun time. I don't think you have to do lots of planned activities to be a good mom...
